DA hike in Uttar Pradesh state
The chief minister of Uttar Pradesh Mr Yogi Adityanath has recently announced on Twitter platform about increment in dearness allowance for State Government employees in Uttar Pradesh. Employees were getting 42% DA from January to July 2023 and were continuously getting the same DA till October 2023. Now employees are to receive 46% DA in the month of November 2023 where pending arrears from July to October will also be included in the next month’s salary. Apart from State Government employees, added educational and Technical Education institutions, UGC employees, urban bodies, and Work charged employees, pensioners of state government will also get increased DA in the next month’s pension.
Karnataka state DA Hike 2023
Karnataka state has also increased the DA of the employees by 3.75%. However, some employees will get a 4% Hike in their dearness allowance. Employees with the Karnataka state government were getting 35% DA in their salary after announcing the latest DA hike. Now all these employees will get 38.75% DA in the upcoming month of salary. DA is increased according to the provisions of the 7th pay commission. Apart from Government employees, the retired pensioners of the state government will also get the same increment in their DA. But if you are a lecturer of UGC AICTE or ICAR Then you will receive a 4% increment in the DA according to the official statement of the Karnataka state government.
4% increment in DA for Tamilnadu State Government employees
All the employees in the Tamilnadu State Government, teachers, and pensioners of the Tamil Nadu state government will receive 46% DA in the next salary or pension. They were receiving 42% DA for the session of January to June 2023 till yet. But now employees will receive increased DA which will be calculated from 1 July 2023. So if you are getting DA according to the previous calculation then the additional arrears amount will also be provided to the beneficiaries in their bank account with pension and salaries.
DA hike in Arunachal Pradesh
The Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh state Mr Pema Khandu has announced to increase in DA of 4% for their State Government employees. Dearness allowance is also known as dearness relief, so employees and pensioners will get 46% DA in upcoming salary as they were getting 42% DA from previous months. However chief minister has increased DA in the month of November, but it will be calculated from 1 July 2023. So all the employees and pensioners who were getting 42% DA from July to October will also get an additional 4% DA in the form of pending arrears.
Assam state government DA Hike
Assam government will also provide 46% DA after increasing 4% DA in the latest announcement. Employees will get the increased DA in the upcoming month’s salary of November 2023. However, it is also notified by the Chief Minister of Assam that the arrears amount of DA from 1 July to November 2023 will be provided to the Employees in two installments where the first installment will be released in the salary of November month and the second installment will be released in April 2024.
