NATA 2024 Registration [Started] : The Council of Architecture has started the NATA 2024 Registration procedure for the National Aptitude Test in Architecture- NATA on the official website. The Eligible candidates can apply for the Examination accordingly. The NATA 2024 Registration has been started from 01 March 2024 and the dates of examinations have also been released by the board. NATA stands for the National Aptitude Test in Architecture. It’s a national-level entrance exam conducted in India for admission to Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) programs in various universities and colleges across the country. The exam assesses a candidate’s aptitude for the field of architecture, focusing on their drawing and observation skills, sense of proportion, aesthetic sensitivity, and critical thinking abilities. The NATA 2024 Registration has been started from 1 March 2024 and the examination is scheduled for 6 April 2024 which will be conducted in two shifts session 1 and session 2. Session 1 is scheduled from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and the second session will be conducted between 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

• There is no age limit for the candidates to apply for the examination.
• Candidates appearing for the 12th standard examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics are also eligible to apply provisionally.
• Candidates must have passed a senior secondary examination (10+2), diploma (10+3), or an equivalent exam from a recognized board/institution with Mathematics as a compulsory subject.
• A minimum of 50% aggregate marks is required in the qualifying examination (45% for reserved categories).

Documentation for NATA 2024 Registration  

Candidates have to carry the following documents in PDF and JPEG form which will be uploaded to the official website at the time of submitting the application form.

• The passport size photograph of the candidate of 4.5 X 3.5 CM and the size of the photograph should be between 4kb to 100 kb.
• The signature of the candidate is in the dimension of 1.5 CM x  3.5 cm and the size should be between 1 kb to 30 KB.
• 10th and 12th Class mark sheet and certificate.
• Category related certificate.
• Aadhar card.

• The NATA 2024 Registration Fees can be submitted via online mode only.
• There is no offline mode provided by the authority.
• Debit card/credit card/net banking are the online payment gateways for transaction.
• The processing charges and Gods & Service Taxes (GST) should be bore by the candidates, as applicable.

NATA 2024 Registration Procedure

Once you carry all your documents and fulfill the eligibility criteria you can follow the following step-by-step procedure to register yourself for the NATA examination which will be conducted on 6 April.

• Visit the official website of the Council of Architecture of NATA.
• You can click on this link to visit directly https://www.nata.in/ 

• After that, you will reach the new page where you have to click on NATA 2024 registration or you can click on the NATA browser 2024 to check all the information and guidelines of the upcoming examination.
• Now you will be redirected on a new page where you have to enter your all person details including name, father’s name, mobile number, email, date of birth, Aadhar number and have to create user id and password for login.

• After that use the user id and password for login and fill the NATA 2024 application form.
• Now you have to upload all the documents and photographs on the official website and click on the online payment link where you have to pay the fees according to your category.

Once you submit your all the details and pay the payment your application will successful submitted and you can download NATA admit card to appear in the examination hall before one week of the examination. 

NATA 2024 Exam Pattern

Candidates can go through the given details related to NATA Examination Pattern 2024:

• Exam Mode : The examination will be conducted through online mode for MCQs and offline mode for drawing & composition test.
• Time : Total 3 hours will be given to resolve the paper.
• Number of Questions : There will be total 45 questions asked in paper B.
• Types of Questions : Paper will consist of Multiple choice questions (MCQs), Multiple Select Type (MSQ), Preferred Choice questions (PCQ), numerical answer type (NAQ) and MFQ type questions.
• Total Marks : The question paper will be of 120 marks for Part B and 80 marks for Part A alone.
• Medium : Examination will be conducted in English & Hindi languages only.
• Sections : There will be total 3 sections – Mathematics, Drawing, and General Aptitude.
• Marking Scheme : For every correct response, 4 marks will be awarded accordingly for MCQ section.
• Negative Marking : There will be no negative marking for wrong response.
