JEE Advanced 2025 Counselling Registration: JEE advanced Exam 2025 has been conducted on 18th May 2025 at different locations across the country into two shifts. Eligible candidates who are looking to get admission in IIT, NIT and other technical institutes in India are appearing in the JEE advanced exam 2025. The JEE Advanced 2025 response sheet of candidates has been uploaded on the official website of Joint entrance examination advanced 2025 conducted by IIT Kanpur on 22 may 2025. Now the JoSAA counselling schedule 2025 of the examination is going to start where all the participant candidates will appear in the JEE Advanced 2025 counselling, JEE Advanced seat allotment 2025 and book colleges according to their rank in this examination.
Joint entrance examination advanced is a very tough examination in India to get admission in Top Technology institutes in India including IITs, NITs, IIITs etc. Thousands of candidates appear in the JEE advanced exam annually to get admission in UG courses in these Institute. IIT Kanpur is Managing the JEE advanced exam 2025, but the JEE Advanced admission counselling process 2025 for the seat allotment will be done through Joint seat allocation authority- JoSAA. The authority is responsible to prepare National merit list of the candidates to offer then admission in 23 IITs, 31 NITs, IIEST Shibpur, 26 IIITs and 47 Other-Government Funded Technical Institutes (Other-GFTIs). However currently the authority is releasing the response sheet and answer key of the candidates, but the JoSAA 2025 seat allocation rounds will start soon after releasing the result or scorecard of the candidates.
JEE Advanced 2025 Counselling Registration Dates
The department is strictly following their schedule to conduct the JEE advanced exam 2025 as they complete the application procedure for the examination between 23 April to 2nd May 2025. After that the schedule the examination on 18th May 2025 in two shifts including Paper 1 for 9 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and Paper 2 for 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on the same day. But the admit card of examination was declared one week before 11th May 2025.
Now the response seat of the candidates has been uploaded on the website on 22 may 2025 where candidates can check their response and evaluate the performance. In upcoming days, the answer key of the examination is schedule on 26th May 2025 and after that the result of the examination is expected to declare on 2 June 2025. Once the result declared, JoSAA counselling start date 2025 will automatically start from the next day after releasing the all India merit list of participated candidates. It will further invite candidates to rearrange preferences of colleges according to their rank and marks. Once candidate complete this arrangement, the counselling for Round one examination will start from 5th June onwards.
Josaa Counselling Process 2025 For JEE Advanced
Candidates will need to have the unique user id and password which they have used to complete the application form for JEE advance exam 2025. After releasing the result of the candidates, candidates can follow the following guidelines to participate in the IIT admission counselling 2025.
- Firstly visit on the official website of joint seat allocation authority for JEE advanced counselling 2025. https://josaa.nic.in/
- You need to locate the Candidate activity section in this page and click on the “JEE Advanced 2025 Counselling Registration”
- You need to enter your JEE advanced registration number 2025 and your date of birth for verification, after that you need to enter your mobile number to login on the page
- Now you will see a list of the information’s where you need to fill your on the details in the JEE 2025 choice filling application form carefully and upload your documents including the recently released scorecard JEE advanced exam 2025.
- After that you need to opt preference of the colleges and institutes according to your rank and interest. Candidates are suggested to list as many colleges they can because it will increase the chances of getting an admission offer.
- At the end you need to pay the IIT JoSAA choice locking counselling fees to the authority and submit the application form accordingly.
After receiving applications from candidates, the authority will release the rank of the candidates allotted college according to cut off marks of the specific institute. If you want to confirm your admission then you need to report to the college within the given timeline and freeze your admission by paying the admission fees to the JEE Advanced 2025 college allotment, otherwise you can appear for the next round of the counselling by not doing any activity in the first round of the JoSAA counselling process for JEE Advanced.
