Eligibility for AICTE Free Laptop Yojana 2024
You must have to fulfill certain requirements in order to apply for this AICTE Free Laptop Yojana 2024 scheme:
- You must be enrolled in a school that has received AICTE approval. Undergraduate courses such as B.Tech, B.Sc., or diploma programs fall under this category.
- The annual income of your family shouldn’t be more than ₹2.5 lakh.
- Preference is given to students who belong to the SC, ST, OBC, EWS (Economically Weaker Sections), and disabled groups.
- Students who actively participate in skill-building programs or have a strong academic record will be given preference.
- No other government program must have given you a free laptop.

Procedure to Register for the 2024 AICTE Free Laptop Yojana
The online application process is easy to complete. Carefully follow these steps to apply:
Step 1: Follow the official AICTE portal www.aicte-india.org.
Step 2: After that, you have to select the section named as “Free Laptop Yojana 2024.”
Step 3: Then, enter your information, such as your name, email address, phone number, and course details.
Step 4: Now, by entering password and registered email address login to the AICTE portal.
Step 5: After this, you have to complete the application form by filling the information such as name, family income, category (SC, ST, or OBC), and address, etc.
Step 6: Then, provide your educational details including the course and institution names.
Step 7: Then, you have to scanned and upload the necessary documents as asked and then verify the documents is valid and clear.
Step 8: After confirming that details are accurate, click to the “Submit” tab and for future use, keep a copy of the acknowledgment number.
