DDA has released a notification of Apna ghar Awas Yojana 2025 on its official website on 20 May 2025. There are total three major locations in Apna Ghar Aawas Yojana program of DDA including Narela, Suraspur and Lokkalyanapuram. The government is offering discounted flats in this program with 15% of 30% discount according to Income category of the applicant. However the application procedure for DDA Apna Ghar Aawas Yojana 2025 in DDA housing scheme will start from 27 may onwards but it will follow the First Come First get method to offer flats in this program. DDA Apna Ghar Aawas Yojana 2025 Important dates
The notification of the DDA Apna Ghar Yojana Registration was released on 20 may 2025. Apart from the notification, all the important details of the program, help desk and other facilities have also been updated on the portal on 20 May 2025. Candidates can submit the DDA Apna Ghar Aawas Yojana application form for flat booking in this scheme from 27th May 2025 onwards after 12 p.m. The portal will open for 3 months and candidates need to submit the application before the last date of 26th August 2025.
After completing the Delhi Housing Scheme Application procedure, department will release name of the qualified applicants according to the lottery system according to availability of the houses in different locations. The date of releasing the lottery names of the candidates will be updated soon on the DDA portal. After date candidates need to complete the Payment procedure to occupy the flat in this program.
DDA Apna Ghar Aawas Yojana Benefits
Apna Ghar Aawas Yojana is a joint program of Central Government and state government of Delhi where DDA is implementing Sabka Ghar Aawas Yojana program at state level in Delhi under multiple housing products. Currently the department is preparing to provide approximately 7500 flats under Apna Ghar Aawas Yojana in Delhi in 2025. According to the official notification of the program, families can get 15% to 25% subsidy to purchase the house in this program according to their income condition. For example if a 35 sqm Flat is ranging between 17.41 to 17.71 lakh Rupees then it will be discounted for 15% and will range between 13.3 to 13.6 lakh rupees accordingly.
DDA Housing Scheme 2025 Delhi

Flats are prepared according to the number of availability of the land and individuals demand. DDA is focusing on building a large number of EWS and LIG ( low income group) flats in different locations in this program. Apart from this candidates can also register themselves for MIG and HIG houses according to their income condition. EWS candidates can see 35 sqm to 61 sqm flats in this program while LIG will see 35 sqm to 50 sqm flats. Applicants with middle income group can book a flat with a dimension of 112 sqm to 140 sqm according to the income condition and HIG Individual can book a flat in DDA with 160 to 186 sqm dimension

You will see three major locations in this DDA Affordable Housing Scheme 2025 program including Siraspur (Near Samaypur badli metro station), Lok Kalyan Puram and Narela.
