DDA Housing Scheme 2025 – DDA Flats with 25% Discount in 2025
Currently DDA is running 2 housing programs for people living in Delhi including the shramik aawas Yojana for labour class people and sabka ghar awas Yojana for EWS, low income and middle income individuals. The program is providing flats at different locations in Delhi including Narela, Siraspur and Lok Kalyan Puram. The online application form to participate in the lottery of the individuals has been started which is schedule to end on 31 March 2025.
In this program houses are available for different categories including LIG, MIG and HIG where they can purchase their own house which are starting with Rs 10 lakh onwards.
DDA Flats Registration Important Dates
The online application form for DDA flats in shramik awas Yojana and sabka Ghar aawas Yojana has been started from 6 January 2025. However the application to book the property under the program was started from 15 January 2025. Candidates have the opportunity to submit the application form before the last date of the program 31 March 2025.
Once authority accept online application forms, then it will prepare list of the eligible beneficiaries according to the draw and will release different list as per the available houses at different localities.

DDA Flats under Shramik Awas Yojana
The Shramik Awas Yojana in DDA is prepared for building and construction workers in Delhi who are registered with Delhi building and other construction worker welfare board – DBOCWWB. Apart from this the worker should also be registered with Pradhanmantri Vishwakarma Yojana to be eligible for getting the readymade flat under shramik awas Yojana of DDA.
These all flats are provided in Narela pocket 3 4 5 6 sector G2. There are approximately 700 houses under the program which are prepared for construction worker and building workers in Delhi. The dimension of the house will be rent between 34 square meters to 35.1 square metres according to the location and availability.
At the initial stage, the program was asking 11.54 lakh rupees to 11.67 lakh to allot these houses, but after implementing 25% discount on these projects, now the range of the houses are reduced between 8.65 lakh rupees to 8.8 lakh rupees.
DDA Flats under Sabka Ghar Awas Yojana 2025
Authority have released application form to provide houses under the Sabka Ghar Awas Yojana program 2025 for approximately 5400 houses. But after that the authority have revised number of flats and increase 1500 more houses in this program.
The program is offering flats at three locations including Narela, Lok Kalyan Puram and Siraspur.
There is total three types of flats available in the program which are listed in the following section:
- DDA EWS flats: these flats are reserved for individuals who have economic weaker section certification from the authority and earning a very little amount annually. Individuals can purchase flats with the dimension of 34 square meter to 66.5 square meter according to their income criteria and potential. The range of the price were initially scheduled with 11.54 lakh but after 25% discount in the program now individuals and purchase a house of 34 square meter with 8.8 lakh investment.
- DDA flats for LIG: low income groups individuals can purchase their own house under the program with a dimension of 35.75 square meter to 49.9 square meter according to their income criteria. The range of the flats for these individuals are starting with 10.4 lakh and are going with 21.1 5 lakh rupees according to their condition and the dimension of the house.
- DDA flats for MIG: middle income group are inverted by DDA to purchase 2 BHK to 3 BHK houses in Delhi at different locations. These houses are starting from 112 square meter and arranging with 141 square meter. The price of the flat s are ranging between 1 crore rupees to 1 crore 22 lakh per the location and the dimension of the flat. However after implementing 25% discount these flats are ranging between 76.88 lakh rupees to 90.9 lakh accordingly.
- DDA flats for HIG: High income individuals have opportunity to book a huge house in Narela and Lok Kalyan Puram. Currently the authority offering a maximum dimension of 186 square meter to high income individual in Delhi where they need to pay a maximum amount of 128 lakh rupees for more according to the condition of the flat. However these are the adjusted payments after 25% discount.

How to register for DDA Flats Booking
Department is asking eligible individuals to submit the application from through online mode before 31 March 2025 where they need to follow the following step by step guidelines to book their house:
- First of all, visit to the official website of DDA flats and locate the Shramik Awas Yojana or Sabka Ghar Awas Yojana in the dashboard. https://eservices.dda.org.in/
- After that you will reach on the new page where you need to read all the important details available on the dashboard and click on the new login if you are using the website for first time.
- It will ask your personal details for registration including name of the applicant, income criteria, mobile number and email id so will send OTP on your contact information for verification.
- After that you can create user id and password and login on the dashboard
- Now you will be asked to pay the registration fees of 25000 which is non refundable.
- Once you create your registration, you will be asked to submit the application form for the specific program according to your condition and upload your all the important documents for verification including category details certificate, income slip etc.
- After that you need to pay 50000 online booking fees while booking the flat in the program.
Once you pay the online fees, your application form will be submitted and will receive the acknowledgement on the dashboard where you can download it in PDF and show it to the authority after getting your name in the list to verify your payments.
