- First the applicants will get a house with a minimum size of 25 Sq ft under this PMAY-G.

- On the basis of citizenship the beneficiary must be a citizen of India.
- The beneficiaries should not have their own land or house in their own name or any other existing member’s name.
- If they are having any loan then that must be completed within 36 months of the first loan disbursement.
- As a joint owner in case of spouse applying for or as a sole owner, a woman’s name must be there. This can be avoided if there are no women in the house.
- On the basis of income threshold possessing the annual income have certain limits like if the applicant is from EWS then the income will be consider up to 3 lakhs. If from LIG then it will be considered from Rs. 3 lakhs to 6 lakhs. If the applicant is from MIG-I then the income should fall under 6 Lakhs to 12 Lakhs.
