- After creating the account, you must provide essential information about your children at the time of application, including your full name, date of birth, and Social Security number.

- Your application will be evaluated within six weeks. If your application is approved, you will receive payment within four weeks.

Scottish Child Payment What to do if you want to change your benefits date
The Scottish Child Payment is a weekly benefit designed to assist with child-care expenses. It is paid directly into the bank account of those responsible, but they must apply immediately because payments cannot be retroactive.
