2024 SSC CGL Vacancy details
Staff Selection Commission will recruit grade two level officers for ministries and Central Government departments through the CGL examination 2024. There is no clear mention in the exam calendar of SSC about vacancy details but is expected to reach up to 10000 vacancies in this year. These candidates will be recruited for multiple posts including junior audit officer, assistant account officer, junior statistical officer, research assistant, etc.

SSC CGL Exam Date & Pattern
SSC will conduct a computer-based examination of the candidates who apply for the SSC CGL examination. The tire one examination will include objective type questions in different subjects including mathematics, reasoning, general English and Hindi, general knowledge, etc.
After that candidates who score more than the SSC cut-off marks of the tier 1 examination, will be called to appear in the tier 2 examination of SSC which will be based on the opted post by the applicant and will include questions according to the specific subjects for the post.
SSC CGL Tier 2 will include a total of three papers where candidates are required to pass in all subjects and should achieve more than the cut-off marks in their specific category. After that, the combination of the marks in the tier 1 and tier 2 exams of SSC CGL will be included to prepare the merit list of the successful candidates.
