WBJEE Result Marking Scheme 2024
The WBJEE exam is a 200-mark entrance exam for engineering colleges in West Bengal. The marking scheme is as follows:
- Category I: These questions carry 1 mark each. There is negative marking for incorrect answers. You will get 1 mark for a correct answer, 0 marks for leaving the question blank and -0.25 marks for an incorrect answer.
- Category II: These questions carry 2 marks each. There is negative marking for incorrect answers. You will get 2 marks for a correct answer, 0 marks for leaving the question blank and -0.5 marks for an incorrect answer.
- Category III: These questions carry 2 marks each. There is no negative marking for incorrect answers. You will get 2 marks for only selecting the correct options, 1 mark for partially correct options (selecting some correct options out of multiple options) and 0 marks for incorrect or unanswered questions.
