CBSE Practical Exam 2024: CBSE Extends the Deadline to Conduct Practical Exams of Classes 10, 12

CBSE Practical Exam 2024: The Central Board of Secondary Education is conducting CBSE 10th class and 12th class boards across India in different cities from 15 February and will be conducted till April month of 2024. However most of the schools have completed the CBSE 10th class and 12th class practical examinations, but in case if some students have missed appearing in the CBSE 10th class and 12th class practicals (CBSE Practical Exam 2024) then they have the golden chance to submit their practicals as CBSE has extended the last date of submitting 10th class and 12th class practical marks 2024 (CBSE Practical Exam 2024).

The Central Board of Secondary Education has released a CBSE Practical Exam 2024 official notification on the official website about the extension of the last date for submitting marks of 10th and 12th class vector marks of 10th and 12th class practicals and projects till 31 March 2024. However most of the schools have conducted their practicals before the board examinations in January and February month, but some schools were reportedly requesting the CBSE to increase or extend the last date of submitting the CBSE practical marks of 10th and 12th class students. So the board has provided relief to the students.

CBSE released the operation notification on 9th March 2024 about the extension of the last date of the CBSE Practical Exam 2024. The board has mentioned that CBSE has reminded all school authorities affiliated with CBSE to upload the marks of practicals and projects of 10th-class and 12th-class students before the deadline. However, some schools have not uploaded the practical marks, assignments, projects, and internal marks of the students on the website of CBSE yet. Now schools are seeking relaxation by extending the last date to upload practical marks of the students. However, CBSE Practical Exam 2024 has been extended up to 31 March 2024 for the session of 2023 and 2024. 

Students will get the benefit

According to the school authorities, most of the schools have conducted practicals and projects for 10th and 12th class board students before starting the examination, but some students are not able to appear in the board practical examination in their schools due to medical and other issues have another chance or opportunity to obtain good marks in their practicals by submitting it before the deadline. However, all the students in the 10th class and 12th classes are engaged in their board examinations but if you are one of them who has not submitted the assignment or project yet then you should immediately contact your school authority to submit them respectively.

Students will get 100 marks in each subject

The board has also mentioned that students will get maximum marks of 100 in their subjects. It will include all the marks such as assignments, projects, internal marks, theory marks, etc. So the portion of marks in board examinations are decided by CBSE and it will be provided according to the performance of the students in their subjects. However, the marks of the students in theory and practicals will be separately mentioned in the mark sheet of the 10th class and 12th class but their merit or percentage will be prepared by seeing overall performance in the subject.
