UP Police Constable 2024 Exam Pattern

• The examination will be for 2 hours (120 minutes).
• It will be an objective examination.
• It will consist of four papers: General Hindi, General Knowledge, Numerical & Mental Ability Test, and Mental Aptitude/Intelligence/Reasoning.
• The examination will be of 300 marks in total with 150 questions, and each question will carry +2 marks.
• There will be a negative marking of 0.5 for every incorrect answer.
• The examination will be in a bilingual language (English & Hindi).

Selection Process for UP Police Constable Bharti 2024

• Written examination –The written examination will be conducted for 300 marks and consist of objective-type questions. The duration of the exam will be 3 hours. The questions will be based on General Knowledge, General Hindi, Numeric and Mental Ability, and Reasoning Ability. Candidates must score above a particular cut-off mark to be eligible for the next level.
• Physical Standard Test (PST) – This stage tests the candidates’ physical attributes. It involves measurement of height, weight, and chest (for male candidates). Candidates not meeting the specified physical standards are disqualified from further stages.
