The Labour Department of Uttar Pradesh has uploaded a notification to recruit construction workers from Uttar Pradesh to Israel. Approximately 16000 construction workers will be recruited from the Uttar Pradesh state which will work for Israel. The employee will be recruited for the post of rajmistri, Tiles workers, Shuttering workers, and other Construction-related work. So if you have sufficient qualifications and skills for Construction work then you will get the opportunity to earn approximately 1.25 lakh per month from Israeli construction companies. Apart from this, if you complete the tenure then you will also get an additional 15000 per month which will be provided at the end of your work. So it is a good package for construction workers in India to earn a good income to work with Israel.
Eligibility criteria for getting a Job in Israel 2024
- You should be an Indian citizen and should live in Uttar Pradesh to work as a construction worker in India from the state of UP.
- The applicant should have an authorized certificate from the Recognised Institute in India which provides skill-based training to the citizens.
- The applicant should have a minimum 3 years of experience in the particular field where they are going to apply
- The minimum age of the applicant should be 21 years old and the maximum age should not be more than 45 years
- You should have an Indian passport to apply for this scheme, however, if you are an authorized worker and do not have a passport then you can apply for a Tatkal passport to apply for an Israeli construction work job.
- Applicants should manage the travel fund to reach out to the location in Israel.
- The application should be medically and mentally fit to work as a construction worker in Israel
- You should sign a contract to work in Israel for a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 5 years, so you cannot come to the home country without completing the tenure that you have contracted.

42000 workers for Israel
The Government of India has already contracted with Israel to provide up to 42000 workers for Israel under the National Skill Development Mission where these workers will get employment in Israel. Approximately 34000 workers will be recruited only for construction sites in Israel. So it is a good opportunity for Indian construction workers who have mastery in their particular field to earn a good package that will increase their lifestyle and provide financial assistance. Israel is facing a shortage of workers
Due to the online war between Israel and Hamas, Israel has canceled the work permit of all Palestine citizens, so Israel is currently facing a shortage of approximately 1 lakh workers in the state for different fields. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Israel’s prime minister have contracted in the last weeks and India has promised to provide construction workers to Israel during this emergency shortage of workers.
Earlier, the Government of Haryana also uploaded a notification on the official website of the Labour Department in Haryana to recruit more than 15000 construction workers from Haryana to work in Israel.
