Scribe for PWD candidates in CTET January exam 2024
According to the official notification of CTET released on the official website, all the candidates of PWD who have more than 40% disability which is mentioned in RPwD Act 2016 will get the facility to opt for a Scribe. Session 2 (r)of RPwD Act 2016 provides scribe facilities for Candidates with benchmark disabilities. The disability categories under locomotor, Blindness cerebral palsy, etc Categories are listed to provide scribe facilities. Apart from this If any person has another type of disability that is not mentioned in this act can also opt for a scribe according to the consult of a Medical officer/ surgeon/ Medical superintendent of a government Healthcare institution.
CTET Self Declaration Form 2024
If you are opting for CTET Self Declaration Form 2024 for your upcoming CTET January exam 2024 which is scheduled on 21 January then you should carry the special Certificate regarding physical limitation in an examinee to write. Certificate for CTET PWD candidates under RPwD act
If candidates have disability which is mentioned in the RPwD Act 2016 then they have to carry the following certificate which should be filled out by the medical authority of the government Health Care institution. You can also check the list of the disabilities which are mentioned in the RPwD Act 2016 and if you have more than 40% disability with anyone for multiple disabilities then you have to carry the following certificate at the time of appearing in the CTET 2024 examination hall:

CTET Admit Card 2024 is a very important document for students who are going to appear in the January CTET examination on 21 January, but candidates belonging to the person with a disability have to carry additional documents in the CTET examination hall:
- Admit card of the candidate
- Photo ID card of the applicant where you can show anyone of Aadhar card/PAN card/ passport/ driving licence or voter ID card
- One Photo ID card of the Scribe
- Certificate of PWD candidate
- CTET certificate for Scribe
- Additional certificate for those PWD candidates whose disability is not listed under the RPwD Act 2016.
Candidate needs to choose the Scribe whose education qualification is one step lower than you. It means if you are graduate candidate then you should not opt for a graduate Scribe otherwise you can opt for a scribe who is studying in UP to 5 semesters of graduation for 12 pass candidates. Candidates will get an additional 20 minutes to Mark the answers. Apart from this, if you do not caring the Scribe but belong to the PWD category then you can request from the examination administration to all out you additional time.
