Jharkhand state government is running Jharkhand ABUA Awas Yojana in the state for all the citizens living in Jharkhand. The government is aiming to provide the ABUA awas Yojana Benefit to approximately 4.5 lakh citizens in the state. The authority has also discussed the ABUA Awas scheme during the financial budget of 2024- 25. However, the ABUA Awas scheme was already released earlier and has provided the benefit of ABUA awas Yojana for approximately 2 lakh citizens in the state.
ABUA awas Yojana 2024 Beneficiaries List
The government of Jharkhand will prepare an Abua Awas Yojana List 2024 of the beneficiaries who will get the Abua Awas Yojana payment 2024 from the government to build their house according to their eligibility criteria. According to the latest data from the government, the ABUA Awas Yojana first installment for beneficiaries has been released.
Where more than 2 lakh citizens get benefits from the government under the ABUA Awas Yojana scheme. But ground reports are saying that 1.9 lakh citizens received the ABUA Awas Yojana 1st installment. They all are waiting for the ABUA Awas Yojana second installment of the payment to start rebuilding their house.
However, the Government has approximately received the aim to provide the benefit of the ABUA Awas Yojana for 200000 families in 2023. Now they are aiming to expand the scheme and provide benefits of ABUA Awas Yojana for approximately 4.5 lakh citizens. As the financial year has started and government has also started to prepare an ABUA Awas Yojana beneficiary list, so new beneficiaries can anytime receive the ABUA Awas Yojana 1st installment under the scheme to rebuild their house.

ABUA Awas Yojana Benefits 2024
ABUA Awas Yojana is focusing on building houses for homeless citizens in the state. The government is not only providing readymade houses but is giving financial assistance to purchase or build houses on their land. Beneficiaries are receiving a total of Rs 2 lakh rupees payment in different ABUA Awas Yojana installments. So citizens have to build a house of 3 rooms by using this money.
Apart from this government is also including swachh Bharat abhiyan in this scheme and including an additional 12000 rupees to build personal toilets in each house.
However, beneficiaries are also receiving a guarantee from the government to work for at least 95 days in a year under the MANREGA scheme where they will receive an additional payment of approximately 25000. It will be the payment which will they earn through their labor work under mnrega.
ABUA Awas Yojana Eligibility 2024
Citizens are required to check the eligibility criteria of Abua Pakka Ghar Yojana 2024 to receive the payment of ABUA awaaz Yojana in Jharkhand state as only eligible citizens will get the benefit of the scheme:
- All the citizens of India who are living in Jharkhand state are eligible to apply for the Jharkhand ABUA Awas Yojana scheme.
- Individuals need to have a valid voter ID card in Jharkhand state. If you do not have a voter ID card then can first apply for an I card where you need to apply online mode and you will receive your voter ID card within 1 month after that you can apply accordingly.
Apart from this government will focus on low income group citizens in the state who are not eligible to earn sufficient amount to rebuild their house.

The ABUA Awas scheme is implementing by the different bodies of government including gram Panchayat, block level officer, gram sachiv, district magistrate office etc. you can easily contact your nearest gram Panchayat and after that apply to their office where they will provide you an ABUA Awas Yojana 2024 application form which should be filled and should be submitted manually in the panchayat so they will submit it to authorities and they will include your name in the Abua Awas Yojana District Wise List 2024 of the beneficiaries.
