- The scheme is special design for girl students so other gender students are not eligible to apply for the Balika protsahan Yojana scheme.
- As it is Bihar state government is sponsored scheme, so girl students need to have a domicile or a permanent residence of Bihar State.
- The applicant should be at least 12th class and graduation pass from any recognized board.
- Only those girl student whose family income is under the low income group category will get benefits of the scheme.
- Bank account of the application should be linked with Aadhar Card and PAN card of the applicant
