The Department of Finance of the Chhattisgarh Government released a DA Arrear 2024 official notification on 16 March 2024 on the official website about releasing the last payment of arrears of State Government employees in Chhattisgarh. The government has already scheduled the release of arrears into 6 installments where five installments have already been released by the government and now the last installment of arrears amount will also be released by the financial department.
DA Arrear 2024: 3 months DA Arrear 2024 will be released
The department is preparing to release the fund of last 6 installments of arrears. The arrears from April month to June month, will be provided to the Government employees in the state. The area will be arranged in the latest salary of the employees. Employees are receiving the exact salary with their other allowances per month, but the arrears amount from April 2017 to June 2017 is pending on government which is to be paid to employees. So the government is clearing the pending amount to the employees of year of 2017.
Government have released 18 month arrears
The government have revised the salary structures of the state employees in 2016 however it was implemented from July 2017. So employees in the Chhattisgarh state where able to receive regular salary from July 2017 onward. During the establishment of the new revision of the salary, employees have not paid the extra increase salary from 1 January 2016 to 1 June 2017.
So the department have decided to pay the areas of 18 months into 16 installments from January 2016 to July 2017. The first installment of starting three months was released on August 2018 and after that second installment was released in September 2019, they received to installments in the year of 2021 in March and December. Now the last installments of this arrears amount will be released in the salary of March 2024 to the all Government employees in the state.

Chief minister have made the announcement
The chief minister of Chhattisgarh Vishnu Dev Rai announced the release of last 6 installment of arrears to the Government employees in Chhattisgarh. After the announcement of the chief minister, the finance department of the state have released official notification accordingly. However, according to the statement of joint secretary of finance in the state Rajesh sisodiya, employees will receive the areas of April 2017 to June 2017 with a salary of March 2024.
