Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh state Yogi Adityanath posted on Twitter on 6 November 2023 about the decision to provide UP bonuses to Government employees. According to the official statement on the Twitter platform of the chief minister, all the employees who are working with the State Government of Uttar Pradesh including non-gazetted employees, teachers, teaching staff, daily wage workers, and project-based employees. These all employees will get a maximum of rs 7000 bonus 2023 in the bank account from the state government. According to a report, more than 14 lakh employees will get direct benefits from this 7th Pay Commission Bonus 2023 announcement of the state government.
UP DA Hike 46%: 7th Pay Commission Bonus 2023
Employees who are working in the Uttar Pradesh Government are getting a double gift from the state government as they will receive a bonus of a maximum of 7000 and the CM has also announced to increase the dearness allowance of the employees up to 46%. Early it was 42% and employees were receiving a 42% dearness allowance from January 2023.
Now the government will provide an increased dearness allowance of 46% with the salary of next month which will increase the net salary of the employees. All the employees who are working with the UP state government, Government teaching institutions in UP, Urban bodies, project-based employees, and Pensioners of the UP government will get the benefit of this increment in DA. So it is a double gift from the CM Yogi Adityanath to the Employees who are working with the UP state government.

7th Pay Commission Bonus 2023 in other states
Apart from the UP Government, the Delhi government has also announced a 7th Pay Commission Bonus for the Delhi Government employees of a maximum of 7000 on 6 November 2023 morning. All the non-gazetted employees in the Delhi government of Group B and Group C will receive a bonus from the Delhi government under CM Arvind Kejriwal. They will spend approximately 56 crore rupees to distribute the bonus in the bank account of the employees.
However, most of the employees of group A in Delhi are getting salaries from the central government and the government has already announced to provide a 7th Pay Commission Bonus 2023 to these employees. The government has announced to gift of 7000 Rupees to the Employees who are working in various bodies and departments in the Delhi government.

Central Employee’s bonus
The Central Government has announced a bonus for eligible Group C and non-gazetted Group B employees, including those working in the Central Para Military Forces and Armed Forces. The bonus is equivalent to 30 days’ basic salary, with a maximum limit of Rs. 7,000. To be eligible for the 7th Pay Commission Bonus, employees must have been in service as of March 31, 2023, and have rendered at least six months of continuous service during the 2022-23 fiscal year.
Casual laborers who have worked for at least 240 days in offices with a six-day workweek for three consecutive years or more are also eligible for the bonus. Employees are getting bonuses from their employees. Government employees receive bonuses in the bank account from their state or central government. Private employees also receive bonuses from their employees in various forms including gifts, increments in salary, bonus amounts, etc.
