Benefits of PM Suryoday Scheme 2024
The Solar Panel scheme of Suryoday Yojana 2024 will have multiple benefits for citizens, the Government, and the environment. India is still dependent on importing coal and other fuels to generate electricity, So this step will reduce the dependency on other countries for generating electricity.
- Solar panels can be installed on the rooftop of the home where the sun’s rays come directly. So this finance we convert sun rays into electricity and store it on a battery, so you can use this electricity for multiple house holdings such as ceiling fans, LED lights, and other electricity items.
- The scheme will reduce the electricity bills at you will not depend on the electricity provider because you can use solar energy for maximum work.
- Normal families are paying 500 rupees 1000 rupees and more monthly to the electricity provider, However, the installation of the solar panels is quite costly but, you have to pay the amount at only one time with approximately 70% subsidy from the government. After that, you can use these solar panels for the upcoming 25 to 30 years without investment.
- Most of the companies are also purchasing additional electricity from the houses that are generating more than the usage of electricity from solar panels, so you can also sell the additional electricity and earn money from it.
