IIT Madras had released the online application forms for IIT JEE Advanced 2024 on the official website. The last date for JEE Advanced 2024 Registration was 7th May 2024. Joint Entrance Exam Advanced 2024 Eligibility

• Candidates should have been born on or after October 1, 1999.
• In countries where a minimum stint in the armed forces (or allied) for a certain period is compulsory before/after Class XII (or equivalent) examination, the candidate will be given a Relaxation of required number of years.
• A candidate can attempt JEE (Advanced) a maximum of two times in successive years.
• A candidate should have appeared for the Class XII (or equivalent) examination for the first time in either 2023 or 2024 with the subjects Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as mandatory subjects.
• A candidate should NOT have been admitted to an IIT regardless of whether or not the candidate continued in the program OR accepted an IIT seat by reporting “online” / at a “reporting center” in the past.
• Candidates should be amongst the top 2,50,000 successful candidates (including all categories) in BE/BTech Paper of JEE (Main) 2024.

How to apply for JEE Advanced 2024 Exam ?

• Registration on the JEE Advanced official website, jeeadv.ac.in, is the initial step in the registration procedure.

• Candidates had to register and then complete the JEE Advanced application form by providing their personal information, educational history, and other pertinent data.
• Scan copies of the candidates’ IDs, signatures, and other required paperwork must be uploaded. The JEE Advanced cost 2024 must be paid online by candidates using a debit card, credit card, or net banking.

JEE Advanced 2024 Exam Pattern

The JEE Advanced 2024 exam pattern outlines the format of the exam, including the question paper structure, marking scheme, and duration. Here’s an overview :-

• Mode of the exam : The exam will be administered entirely through a Computer-Based Test (CBT).
• Number of papers : The JEE Advanced 2024 exam comprises two papers: Paper 1 and Paper 2. Each paper lasts three hours, and both are compulsory.– Language: The exam will be available in English and Hindi.
• Total duration : The total exam duration is six hours, split equally between the two papers.
